There will be no duplicate food
items to be sold by more than one vendor
Booth Space:
Booth spaces are 10 x 10. You may reserve one or more spaces.
Vendors must supply all set up equipment such as tents, tables,
etc. Space for vendor booths is limited and will be assigned on a
first come first serve basis. Food vendors will have access to a
water source. If a vendor requires a 20 amp electrical source, one
will be provided. See the registration form for details. Ice for
the vendors will be sold on premises.
Cost: $250
You may purchase your booth space by clicking on the PayPal "Buy Now" button at the bottom of this page and then printing, filling out and mailing the Vendor Booth Registration form. Or by printing the Vendor Booth Registration and mailing it in with a payment.
Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 8:00 AM on June 25th. You must check-in at the
registration desk before you begin set-up. Booths must be set up
by 10:00 AM on June 25th and must not be taken down before 6:00 PM
on June 26th. All vehicles must be out of the festival area by
10:00 AM Saturday morning.
Refunds:
Absolutely No Refunds will be given. This event will be held
rain or shine.
Products to be Sold:
No food vendors will be allowed to sell soda & water. This rule
will be strictly enforce. Any vendor caught selling soda are
water will be escorted off festival grounds and forfeit there
payment. If you would like to sell food from your booth, you must
be in compliance with the Madison County Temporary Food
Establishment guidelines. You can find these at the Madison County
Health Departments web site.

Liabilities:
In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate,
entrants by execution of the entry form releases and discharge the
Cars Blues BBQ Festival, the promoters and consultants of the Cars
Blues BBQ Festival from all known or unknown damages, injuries,
losses, judgments, and/or claims for any cause whatsoever that may
be suffered by the entrant to his/her person or property.
